CourtRecord WA / Complaints / Accountability

Who handled the complaint—and was it resolved?

Track the actual handling officer's response times and complainant satisfaction. Separately examine the Legal Practice Board members and committees responsible for institutional governance.

Privacy: Statistics here are calculated from complaints saved in this browser only. They are not public ratings, institutional findings, verified full caseloads or reports transmitted to CourtRecord. Officers who do not appear may simply have no complaints logged on this device.

Named complaint-handling officers

An officer's role is recorded only where identified in correspondence. The case log measures dates, types of responses and the consumer's own satisfaction.

Board members and complaints committee

The official roster lists elected practitioners, senior counsel, officeholders and additional committee participants. These are not automatically the officers deciding individual complaints. A member is linked to a particular complaint only when the complainant records decision-specific documentation identifying their involvement.

Published oversight

Separate from individual complaints, the WA parliamentary inquiry records broader questions about the Board’s communication, delays and complaint handling.
